These Terms of Service govern your use of the Family Shopping Website (“the Site”), a private, invitation-only family shopping site operated by TechnoMad Media Group.

Access is by invitation only. You may use the Site only if you have received a valid invite code from the Site owner. Invite codes are single-use and managed entirely by the owner.

Owner responsibilities: Only the Site owner may make purchases through this site. Family members and staff may view the shopping list and make donations through Stripe, but they may not place orders or make purchases.

Donations are final. All donations made through Stripe are non-refundable. Once a donation is completed, it cannot be reversed or refunded.

Sam’s Club integration: Family members may add items to a shopping list that links to the owner’s Sam’s Club account. The owner remains permanently logged into Sam’s Club in their own browser. Items added through this site open Sam’s Club in a new tab; this site does not process or store any Sam’s Club credentials.

The Site background is a photograph of the family home. All legal documents are linked at the top of the page and open as pop-up dialogs.

The Site is provided “as-is,” free of charge. There are no subscription fees, hidden charges, in-app purchases, or paid tiers. The owner operates the Site for personal family use and makes no warranties of any kind.

You may not use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or to impersonate another person or entity. The owner may revoke any invite code at any time, for any reason, without notice.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how the Family Shopping Website (“the Site”) handles your personal information. The Site is operated by TechnoMad Media Group for private family use.

Information we collect: The Site collects only the following:

• Invite code: Entered at owner login. This is validated against the owner’s invite list and is not stored on any server.
• Owner key file: Selected by staff at staff login. The file is read only in your web browser to authenticate you. It is never uploaded, transmitted, or stored anywhere outside your browser.

No server storage. No personal data is stored on a server. There are no user accounts, no databases, and no backend data collection.

No sharing. We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your personal information with any third party, for any purpose.

Cookies: The Site uses only strictly necessary cookies to remember your cookie consent choice (stored in localStorage). No analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies are used.

Third-party links: When you click “Add to Sam’s Club Cart,” you leave this site and open Sam’s Club in a new tab. Sam’s Club’s own privacy policy applies to your activity there. Stripe handles donations; Stripe’s privacy policy applies to payment data you enter on Stripe’s site.

Refund Policy

No refunds. All donations made through Stripe on this site are considered non-refundable and final.

Only the Site owner makes purchases through this site. Family members and staff may make donations through Stripe, but they may not place orders or make purchases.

All donations are voluntary and are made with the understanding that they are final. Once a donation or purchase is completed through Stripe, it cannot be reversed, cancelled, or refunded through this site.

If you experience an issue with a Stripe payment, you may contact Stripe support directly at support.stripe.com. Refunds issued by Stripe are handled entirely between you and Stripe.

What we use: The Site uses only strictly necessary cookies and localStorage to remember your cookie consent choice. No analytics, advertising, social-media, or tracking cookies are used.

Strictly necessary cookies are required for the Site to function (including remembering your consent choice). Because no optional or tracking cookies are used, there is nothing to opt out of beyond the banner itself.

Master Service Agreement

This Master Service Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the Family Shopping Website (“the Service”), operated by TechnoMad Media Group. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to this Agreement.

Invitation-only access. The Service is private and invitation-only. You may create an account or access the Service only if you have received a valid invite code from the Site owner. Invite codes are managed solely by the owner and may be revoked at any time, for any reason, without notice.

Owner and staff roles. Only the Site owner may make purchases through the Service. Family members and staff may view the shopping list, add items that link to the owner’s Sam’s Club account, and make donations through Stripe, but they may not place orders or make purchases.

Sam’s Club integration. The Service integrates with Sam’s Club by opening Sam’s Club in a new browser tab when you click “Add to Sam’s Club Cart.” The owner remains permanently logged into their Sam’s Club membership in their own browser. This Site does not process, store, or transmit any Sam’s Club credentials.

Fees. The Service is provided free of charge. There are no subscription fees, hidden charges, in-app purchases, or paid tiers.

Donations. Family members and staff may make voluntary donations through Stripe. All donations are non-refundable and final.

Data. The Service does not store personal data on a server. Invite codes are validated client-side. Staff authentication uses an owner key file read locally in your browser. No data is sold, rented, or shared with third parties.

The Service is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind. The owner is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.

Stripe Terms of Service

Payments and donations processed through the Family Shopping Website are handled by Stripe and are governed by Stripe’s Terms of Service. When you make a donation, you are entering into an agreement directly with Stripe.

This Site does not collect, store, or process your payment card information. All payment data is entered directly on Stripe’s secure servers. This Site never sees your credit card number, bank account, or other payment details.

Data Processing Agreement

Effective date: October 24, 2026

This Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) is between TechnoMad Media Group (“Processor”) and the user (“Controller”) who uses the Family Shopping Website (“the Platform”).

This DPA supplements the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and forms part of the agreement between the parties.

Processor obligations: The Processor processes personal data only on documented instructions from the Controller, ensures that persons authorized to process personal data are committed to confidentiality, and implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk.

Sub-processors: The Processor currently engages the following sub-processors:

• Stripe — payment processing for donations (United States)
• Cloudflare — DNS, CDN, edge hosting, security (United States)
• Email service providers — transactional and notification email (varies)

Data storage: The Platform does not store personal data on a server. Invite codes are validated client-side, and staff authentication uses an owner key file read locally in the user’s browser. No personal data is sold, rented, or shared with third parties.

International transfers: Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the Processor relies on appropriate transfer mechanisms, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and, where applicable, adequacy decisions.

Data breach notification: The Processor shall notify the Controller without undue delay upon becoming aware of a personal data breach affecting personal data processed under this DPA.

Member Account Agreement

Welcome to your Member Account on the Family Shopping Website. This is your personal account area where you can manage your member profile and preferences.

Access: Member accounts are created only by the Site owner using a valid invite code. Staff members authenticate using the owner key file selected at staff login.

Shopping list: From your member dashboard you can view the family shopping list and add items that link to the owner’s Sam’s Club account. Clicking “Add to Sam’s Club Cart” opens Sam’s Club in a new browser tab; items are added to the owner’s Sam’s Club cart, not to this site.

Donations: You may make voluntary donations through Stripe from your member account. All donations are non-refundable and final.

Security: Your account uses passkey-based authentication. No passwords are stored on our servers.

Billing: No active subscriptions at this time. The Site is free of charge with no subscription fees, hidden charges, or paid tiers.

Account responsibility: You are responsible for keeping your invite code, owner key file, and device secure. Do not share your invite code or account credentials with anyone.
